New This Week...

I've finally had a chance to get far enough ahead on editing upcoming episodes that I can confidently start filling in the upcoming schedule for all our shows.  This past weekend I scheduled episodes all the way through February.  As soon as I figure out how to embed a Google Calendar into this site I do that for you guys.

For now, here's what you can look forward to this week:

Local Film Talk - The Origins of Scorpion

This actually came out yesterday and I encourage everyone to watch it immediately.  It's hard to describe a show as manic and bizarre as Scorpion to someone who hasn't seen it, which is particularly frustrating since the show is no longer on YouTube.  But fear not!  Creator Roger Paris is still tinkering on it with plans to share it with the world soon.  I'll let you know as soon as I hear more because this show has to be seen to be believed!

Das Beer Show - Gizmo Brew Works

Gizmo may be off the beaten path, but it's worth seeking out.  Both the people and the beer are fantastic and we had so much fun there it feels disingenuous to call what we did "work."  Nonetheless we sat down and talked with them about how they got started and how they've grown and you can hear all about it in this week's brand new episode.

Yardcast - Winterizing Your Equipment

Do you have a lawnmower?  Sure you do.  Maybe even an edger or a blower.  Whatever gas-powered equipment you have, it's a bad idea to let that stuff sit idle all winter.  This weeks we'll show you a simple trick for storing your equipment in the off season.

All these shows are also available in podcast form (DBS and Yardcast can be found on iTunes), so be sure to subscribe to the RSS feed!  Enjoy!
